Paul Madott is the President of Everest Performance Group. Born and raised in Toronto, Ontario, Paul attended York University, majoring in Economics.
Paul worked at Xerox Corporation where he spent 9 years in a number of sales, sales management and sales development positions including Sales and Services Executive, Office Solutions Specialist, Sales Manager all in Toronto and Production Systems Manager for 2 years in Calgary.
Most notably, he also held the coveted position of Xerox’s National Sales Instructor and over a 3 year period Paul taught sales representatives around North America, frequently travelling to Xerox’s main US training facility in Leesburg, Virginia. Paul led new sales representatives through an intense program called Client Centered Selling – one of the most renowned sales training curriculums in the world. When he wasn’t conducting formal training classes, Paul was on the road mentoring individual sales teams inside each of Xerox’s Direct Sales Division, Canadian Agent Operations, United States Solution Group and Xerox’s North America Inside Sales Division.
He is a multiple time President’s Club winner.
Since leaving Xerox and establishing Everest Performance Group, Paul works with a wide range of clients looking for that additional edge when it comes to being consistently successful. Paul teaches an all-encompassing, flexible and results-driven corporate sales training program. Today, his curriculum addresses key sales fundamentals which can be applied to any product, at any company, in any industry.
